The same year also represented the end of an era of hard work and hope in the results of space exploration. Humanity trusted that the moon would offer only a first step forward and that from there, the big escape might successfully continue towards other similar conquests. Unfortunately, the moon has not, so far, proved to be a point to move towards and beyond, but rather a point of return. As a result, mankind is beginning to understand that survival depends more on the commercial use that it may take of orbital surroundings than of a continued moving away from them. PP The present volume explains and analyzes the second phase of technical achievements after 1969 and the legal implications are considered through various national or multinational channels be they of public or private origin. Indeed, in this phase of aerospace law, the commercial and cultural exploitation of space and the corresponding emerging law are, by their importance, of decisive influence on the peaceful future of humanity or on the danger of its destruction. PP At a time when telecommunications from space is being followed by worldwide remote sensing, and direct telecommunications from space is only years away, a new age of almost compulsory cooperation is taking shape, and the shuttle-type aerospace communications will only add to the necessity of a global-re-arrangement of co-existence. PP The present book endeavours to present this new phase of aerospace law and questions its consequences., Way Too Many Contents To List Here But Some Available Upon Request, Please Email, Here Are The Annexes: I.
